Event Coordination Proposal

After our initial phone call, we’ll want to meet to hear more about your event goals.  During our meeting, we’ll listen to your ideas and concerns, discuss the “what and why” of your special event and offer an estimate/proposal to fit your budget.

Proposal Meeting is 1 to 1.5 hours


Hourly Event Consultations

Are you doing your own event planning and coordination, but need a little guidance?  

We offer the convenience of an hourly rate for those who may only desire professional assistance with a variety of planning concerns, but not an on-site coordinator.   We can help you sort out and organize your event plans and offer practical suggestions for budgeting, vendor selection, style design, and etiquette as well as assist you with other questions that you may have. Event

Consultations are a 2 hour minimum.
